Poster submission deadline (abstract only): 17 February 2023 / 27 February 2023 3rd March 2023 - new deadline!

Poster acceptance notification: 10 March 2023 

Two poster sessions: 30 March 2023 (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm) and 31 March 2023 (1pm - 2pm) > mandatory

Poster award: 31 March 2023 (4:30 pm)

Abstract

An abstract template is available for download, abstracts should be submitted through the following link : submit your abstract.

While you proceed to registration you will have to chose one of the three topics.

Poster award

Symposium will be concluded by a poster award.

Evaluation criteria are: presence during the two poster sessions, oral expression, writing skills, fluency speech, quality of the poster.

Call for posters is open for PhD students only.
